well 10 days left to go and my tummy is tryibg to kick my ass today, but I am winning, yay for me I didn't cheat even thought my tummy keeps saying it is ok to and my mind is saying not to, I just keep telling myself it is only for a few more days, I singed up for this crazy roller coaster so there is no getting off now for a snack. it would only make me feel bad so back to drinking water and just wait till I get my band in 10 days, My family is helping and hurting at the same time. I moved back home a little while ago, for the most part they are very supportived of me, mom always is but my step dad isn't always and today he was not making my already bad mode very crapy, all I can say is tomorrow is another day and it has to, no it will be better because I made throught today and soon I won't even remember feeling this way
