Hello everyone, oh I know shoot me down, its been a few, yes I know, I am still here...I'm on Facebook mostly lol.... mujahi76@yahoo.com  look me up...well I am almost 3 years out and I am down to 165...I wanted to be 150 long time ago but ya know I got all busy with life and all, and stopped loosing, I drop a few here and there...I still want to make 150 my goal so I have no given up not at all, I can say that I have come a long way from when I started and so BLESSED for it all..So much has changed in my life...first off I was Married, now I am divorced we tried to make it work but it was hard so we had to go our seperate ways.  I have started dating a gentleman that I have known since I was 6 years old.  We have been dating now for 2 years, he lives in Texas and I am in California, most of you will ask ummm how does she....ok I say very carefully, we travel alot lol... we make it work and our plan is for me to go out there early part of next year, everything is looking good, more out there for me then here in California.  He is a amazing man and as I say with all things everything happens for a reason, no just because I was married once and it didn't work I am not giving up by far so yes we are getting married, no date set yet however we are looking at next year as well for that, it would be toward the end but who knows could be sooner...He came out here to California a few weeks ago and we almost did, but we want to go to Jamica so we decided to go ahead and wait.  He is like night and day from my ex, I would not change anything in my life right now, My ex trys to call me and beg and beg but it aint happening.  I do not look backwards I look forwards..a lesson I have learned along the way.  My fiance' and I are both 34 right now his birthday is in Jan mine is in Sept so I will be 35 next month, neither of us have kids.....a big plus....so Im GOOD...lol...I have soooooo much to say I will save some for later....I  have pics if I can figure hout how to load them on here again.. :)

Hello everyone...... drum role please.... the moment you have all been waiting for.... MY RECENT PICS,,,, yes ya'll i have posted some updated pics.  I am not 68 pounds lighter...feeling good lookin good lol so they say TEE HEE HEE My Husband and I took the pics Saturday right after Christmas ....I must admit I am impressed... I love them... comparred to the one we took back in July 08 (He was in the GREEN shirt) and also the ones we took in March 08 (The one with the car in the back ground) All I can say is wow..... The month of December has been slow as far as weight loss goes but I am still dropping inches....I also clean out my closet I had about 78 pairs of pants that I can no longer wear.  I went from a size 24 to a size 15/16 just about a 14 now... I can't even tell you the last time I was in a 14 it's amazing I could tell you that much. I just feel good and I woud not change anything. Sorry all I know it's been a while since I have posted alot going on.  Yes I am still losing..... I am down to 221 pounds which would give me exactly 60 pounds gone forever.  I have some stalls but for the most part I am happy about my progress and would not change it for the world.  This whole thing is amazing to me.  Somedays I see it and some days I don't seems that my co-workers notice it more then I do.  also I used to wear a 22/24 size pants now I'm down to 15/16 some 18's depends on who makes them... my little hips are comeing out... today I was in the store with some new jeans i bought my husband walked in like dam Cinna I looked at him like what..... lol I knew what he was speaking on tee hee hee came right up put his hand on my rump cause that shows big time... I popped his hand he is a mess I... I love him and love all the support that he shows me.  Went for my 3 month  check up yesterday 12/9/08 I'm good the Dr. said I am doing very well I have been taking my vitamins everyday & biotin to prevent hair loss I good tho..  I have come a long way and Ima keep on going... the husband and I will be taking pic reallll soon...for now my oh fam bam I'm out if I don't blog again before x-mas wishing everyone a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Hello to all just wanted to tell you what's been going on since my surgery......  Ok of course you know I have My Gastric Bypass surgery on 9/17/08 got out the hospital on 9/20/08 thought I was doing fine however on my 32nd Birthday 9/28 I was admitted once again in the Hospital with a Bowl Obstruction.  So I ended up having another surgery. I was in the hospital until 10/14/08 I almost went crazy.... But now I am at home still sore but I'm Blessed. I have a G-Tube in my stomach it's really weird and I freaked out when I saw it for the first time with out the dressings.  But I go to the Doctors on Tuesday to have it removed.  I feel alot better and Thank all my friends and Family for all your support

Ok Ladies & Gentlemen I had surgery on 9/17/08 oh boy where do I start... Ok 1st off i made it..  My surgery was scheduled for 9:30 am I went in at 10:15am and out at 2p.. Yes it was suppose to be for about an hour however since I had so much scar tissue when I donated a kidney to my father 10 years ago my organs were stuck togather.  I woke up in the recovery thinking I had only been away for about an hour I was so so drugged up but anyways for what ever I was having a hard time breathing so I didn't get to a room til about 8-ish...So from then I had the good drugs button is what I called it.  Well I was sleep of course off and on for the next day & a half.  And of course they wanted you to get up and walk but the drug was really keeping me down so I just stopped talking it.  I just didn't like the way it was making me feel.  Seems instantly when I pushed the button I feel a sleep with in minutes.   So I was in the hospital from Wednesday early morning until Saturday evening.  Yes they kept me an extra day.  So now I'm home I did have more pain meds however I took it a few times after I got home and stopped them too.  ummmm let's see what else... I of course am sore I could barley walk up until today. I'm walking alot better> I can sit up for a longer period. SO I know my novel is long but.....DRUM ROLE please....... It's 1 day shy of a week since I have had the surgery i went In weighting 281 I am now weighting 270 SO YES I AMS OFFICILALLY ON THE LOSERS BENCH ....Thanks to all the support from my friends and family her at home and everyone on here all my new found friends...TH\ANKS TO CHOCOLATEGURL08 i HAD A NICE TALK with her right before her cruise...and Motivated for checking in on me also and everyone else you know it's too much to type lol LOVE YA'll HOLLA HOLLA HOLLA AT YA GURL........

Ok ya'll I'm getting nervous now I got 3 days and a wake up and I am freaking out a little.  I keep thinking that I am going to have this surgery and forget everything about eating right.  I have all my protien shakes , liquids, vitamins, i got so much stuff I still got stuff in boxes I started buyin about 6 months ago, just to be sure that I was set.  But I still feel like I have forgot something.. Or maybe I'm over thinking everything. Heck man I just so darn nervous.  It's crazy because I donated a kidney to my Daddy back in 97 so this should be a breeze (not) My goodness I love my DADDY he passed 9/6/06 and we buried him today 9/13/06 oh my sorry everyone I just had a moment.. Can't help myself I love him ...Anyways I just hope I'm not forgeting anything. If anyone has any advice about anything before and after HOLLA if ya here me..  Do's & Don'ts anything I'll take it. Alright ya'll I'm out.....

Ok ya'll Guess what I got a date..... September 17th, 2008 at 9:30 am excited Gotta be there at 7:30am woohoooooo   OK so on 9/10/08 i have to go do my pre-op testing and the very next day 9/11/08 i have to see the Dr for the last time and 7 days after that I"M GOING IN   I am very excited I still got a few things to finish getting at the store but I'm good and ready now 

Hey everyone well it's been a minute and I was so irritated last week I stayed off the computer all togather....but anyways I feel alot better not irritated anymore.  just  wanted to tell you all how my Consult went.  Well to my understanding it was suppose to be about 10 days after the Consult, however I still have to go see the Psychiatrist on 8/20/08 so he finally told me about 4 weeks after that.  Once I see the Psychiatrist I have to call the Dr's office and let them know then it will be about 4 weeks.   

Ok today was a bad day bad bad having women problems (the CURSE)  it's the only Aunt I can't stand , sometimes she try to visit and act like she don't wanna leave dang she works my nerves LOL So all day today I was badly irritated... I'm home now and I am just gonna curl up in bed til I have to go in tomorrow at 1p.... Any who just wanted to stopin and HOLLA at my Ladies & Gentlemen it is what it is I'll HOLLA!!!!!!!  















 

Hello my oh family just dropping in to say....  WHAT UP how ya'll doing today.  Me chilling on a Sunday just waiting for the friday 8/8/08 to come on by so I can see what date the DOC is gonna give me to start my life over.   can't wait.  I did go to the gym this morning and worked it out      do yo dance do yo dance LOL I love the little banana man. =) So any ways I am going to really chill for the rest of the day.  Here my time is about 4:38p gotta alot of Lifetime show getting ready to start poppin off.  See usually I would be at work but I switched with another Supervisor I worked for her yesterday (Saturday) and she works for me today (Sunday) good deal I say... Hey well anyways let me go I'll HOLLAAAAAAAAAAAA
