"PENNSYLVANIA HOSPITAL SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SERVICE GASTRIC BYPASS PATIENTS. THE STAFF IS A DISASTER IF YOUR STAY IS MORE THAN 2 DAYS. I HAD TO ASK FOR A PATIENT'S ADVOCATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LACK OF CARE GIVEN BY THE HOSPITAL STAFF. THEY STAFF IS SULLEN, DISRESPECTFUL, UNRESPONSIVE, UNCARING AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE AT TIMES. IT WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF LACK OF CONCERN ABOUT PATIENTS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO EXPERIENCE. THE DIETICIAN WAS NO BETTER, SHE ALMOST COULD NOT BE BOTHERED. IT'S THE WORST HOSPITAL STAY I HAVE EVER HAD. "

He had a nutritionist and a dietician in the room with us at the time of our consultation. He explained everything about the surgery, food, problems post-op, and answered all our questions. Then he saw each of us one a one-on-one basis for a private consultation. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was very upfront about his experience and his expectations. I couldn't have asked for better. "
