"I met with Dr. Mehta about 2 months ago. I was very impressed with his professionalism. His office staff were very helpful. In fact one of his staff had the Bariatric surgery and is available to discuss any questions you might have. rnDr. Mehta stresses aftercare. He has support groups set up and encourages his patients to attend. rnHe speaks of the risks of the surgery but he is very confident in his skill and eases your worries. rnI personally like a doctor who is competent and also has a good bedside manner. I need someone to \"hold my hand\" and be reassuring. Kindness and encouragment is very important to me. rnI have just finished all the tests needed before the surgery and am waiting for one result. I then can make my appointment for the surgery. I am anxious and yet very excited about my new adventure. For me the surgery isn't the easy way out but the only way out.rn"
