Well!!! It hasn't been too bad!! I did have a horrible incision infection thats gone now Thank GOD! Well for those who are interested I have lost 15lbs so far! Thank You JESUS! No huge complaints! Feeling a bit tired from time to time! I am having a lil trouble getting down the protien but I'll just keep at it!

Ok!! I have had the surgery now I'm Glad thats over with!! But this Pain is almost unbearable!! I'm not sure how to describe it!! Is this normal?? I hope it is. The had this pain ball this stuck in my stomake saying when it shrinks up like a old balloon I am to take it out so this morning when I got up it was small like a old balloon And I took it out!! What a relief it was getting on my nerves! Well N*E*ways Im on all liqiuds! nothing soft  yet..  Which Is cool! Cause I'm just now starting to feel better! Not sure if its th pain meds or what! But I do feel better today than the other days!! I really want to thank all the people who sent prayers up for me before my surgery! They were heard Thank You JESUS!!!! I'm going to start updateing my profile more as the days come be blessed everyone!!! And THANK U AGAIN for the love and support!!

I'm always on here just never add post to my page so I said... What the hell mabey there is someone on here like me just browsing!!! Well I have a surgery date. Thank GOD 6/16/2008 I'm a bit nervous though! I do know I prayed about it and I believe it is GOD's will for me to do it. I was a little surprised how quick I was approved. I had to switch insurance to continue the process from HMO to PPO. that was a small interuption. Its back on track now. I am a big ball of emotions! Excited, nervous, anxitious ect..  My poor husband don't quite understand how everthing works. I think thats a + cause he will be worried about all of the possible things that could go wrong. So I make sure he knows just enough to help me and keep him from stressing. I have 2 kiddos ages 3 & 5 that I am ready to be able to chase around the yard! (which I have never been able to do) . I remember one time my baby gril asked me momma wht are you fat? WOW!!! she wasn't trying to be mean or rude she just wanted to know how people got fat! So I told her.. "GOD makes people all different shapes sizes and colors thats what makes us different, and some of us have slower systems and have to eat healthier than others to be smaller." She was satisfied with that answer. Me on the other hand was like how can a 5yr old grast the concept of that my weight is not right! I try to cook healthy for us I keep my kids in activties so they can mantain a helthy weight. My husband can eat just about anything and maintain. Me I can look at something and gain. Very slow metabolsim! I have tried verthing to loose weight with no avail. So WLS was a last resort. Due to the fact I'm starting to have so health issues that I don't want to progress. I feel If I can get a handle on this weight now when I get in my 40 & 50's I will not have alot of the issues that some do. Every woman in my immediate family was or is overweight! Mom late Grandma, Aunt, Sister I knownthey say its no genetic I'm starting to think it is! But I can say we all carry it very well! Thats a blessing. Well I thought I would give you all little about me! I will start updating my page more often. I need all the support I can get! Until next time!

My Cigna HMO has a WLS exclusion! What a bummer!! So I have to wait until Nov to switch to a different insurer. to try and go from there.

I switched to BCBS Tx they have approved me for surgery  and I am waiting for date.
