"He isn't warm and fuzzy, but he is very nice. Of course, it's not his job to be warm and fuzzy, and it doesn't bother me. As long as he does the surgery well, and he's nice to me, I'm happy. He seems competent. I really didn't have any questions for him because I've done my research, but I've heard him talk about the surgery before in a group talk, and he knows what he's doing. I would recommend him, and his entire surgeon's group."
