Well it's been one week since I submitted all my information to Aetna, so I take it upon myself to contact the insurance company to see where they are at in the process. After I go through a million prompts I finally get a real person, I asked her if they had received the pre-cert paperwork and what was the status, the lady tells me....."I don't see anything in the system." I'm like what the hell. She suggets I call the surgeon's office and have them "Call it in" whatever that means. I call the doctors office and the coordinator tells me that Aetna did receive it and they got confirmation. I'm thinking awe lawd here we go. I don't know what happened, I'm like resend or confirm again, I don't want to be sitting here waiting my 30 day max period and the insurance turns around and says we never received anything. This is very important to me. I have invested alot of time, energy and money. Lets get the ball rolling. I'm going to follow up with the doctors office on Monday.  I'm not going to let this confusion ruin my weekend. See Below

Today is my son's 3rd Birthday. He is going to have his 1st "REAL" party tomorrow at Peter Piper Pizza, he wanted Chuckie Cheese's but that's to rich for my blood, espcially with the amount of kids that are coming, and he's getting him a Power Wheels car, and them ain't cheap either. I'm just going to focus on making my baby's day special. 

No sense in getting upset over things I can't control. I already put it in God's Hands, so really I ain't worried....but it is kinda frustrating...........Sigh!!!
