So I happily went scale shopping today and found a weight watchers one that goes up to 400lbs! I was weighed at the consult at 363.
I raced home with scale in hand and ripped the box open and set it up and stood on that baby!!! I lost 5 lbs!!!! I was soooo pumped!!!
My new lifestyle is working!!! I am 38 days away from my surgery and I am embracing my new lifestyle and I am thrilled!!!
Going to my first support group meeting today and I am so excited about meeting my new onlne friends in person!!!

Just had to add an update!!
So it is 6 weeks today that I will get my RNY surgery!!
I am so pumped, scared, happy, nervous, excited and all rolled into one!!
Looking forward to what life (and God) has in store for me....

Well I wasn't sure if I would do the countdown...but what the hell!!
So it officially 48 days till my surgery!!

June 23rd doctors app't...he was hesitant and didn't want to sign...but he did!!
Faxed papers to OHIP June 24th....June 26th OHIP asked my doctor for more info....June 27th waiting for doctor to fax letter to OHIP!!
June 30th...I'm approved!! I make my app't to consult with Dr Zeni...July 1st!! OMG it is happening so fast!!
Surgery date......AUGUST 30th!!!
I am so happy!!!
