"When Dr. Custer walked into the room I thought he looked very young. He is a very straight forward person. Pam had the day off so I only met Kathy, who is great! She is a very friendly person and I really enjoyed talking to her. I have no negative comments as I feel my visit went quite well. He gets to the point and you leave feeling more confident than ever about your decision to have this surgery. I have one more visit after my sleep study and he says he will answer all my questions then and I should have my surgery in late August or early September. On a scale of 1 to 10 so far he's a 10. June 24th...talked to Pam today because I had a few questions, what an experience!! to say the least. I was almost in tears but I realized she is only human and she isn't in control. I told her I had my approval papers from Anthem BC/BS and she said that they didn't matter. She said not to bother sending a copy because they were of no use. What a day! I told her Dr.Custer said my surgery would be sceduled around the end of August or first part of September and did I need to make another appointment to see him and she said they will handle it all. So I guess I'll just have to sit and wait. Something I'm not good at. and from what I've heard about Pam the wait may be longer than I expected."
