"When I called to make my appt they did ask me first to go online and fill out a long form which are the ones that you usually fill out when you go for the first time to the Doctor. At the end of the form it did say that they will contact me within 24hrs and which they did the following day. They asked for all the insurance information and scheduled me for an appt. When appt was scheduled they verified the insurance and they did tell me that my insurance will cover. The date of the appt. the nurse did tell me that it is a long process. That they will have to gather all the information from other doctors and from there write the letter of the insurance. I was also send for several test like for example the one for sleep anea which I end up having sleep anea and choronic Asthma. The nurse also mention to me that after everything has being approved that I will be able to see the surgeon to schedule the surgery. It took like a month and 2 weeks to get approved since it was done during the Christmas Holidays on 2006. Finally I got approved and I was able to see the surgeon. It is a younG Doctor like in his late 30's and he is a very strict doctor and he explain to me the process again and the side effects and he answer all of my questions. The office staff was real nice to me and one of the reasons that I decided to go with that Doctor since some of my co-workers had gone with him and he is one of the few docotros that has being practicing this surgery for a while. I will definietly recomend my Doctor. "
