"My first impression of Dr. Kemmerling was that he was kind of cold and not very talkative. His office staff are wonderful, very approachable, caring and friendly. rnDr. Kemmerling isn't cold, he's just not the most talkative person. If you have questions he's happy to sit there and answer them all for you. He does emphasize aftercare as it is vital to a succesful outcome and I think that's very important. He encourages you to call with any questions or concerns.rnDr. Kemmerling thoroughly explained all the surgical risks and made sure that I understood everything prior to the surgery.rnI would have to say that Dr. Kemmerling's surgical competence is better than his bedside manner but I like him very much and am happy I choose him."
