"The staff, at my request, placed a sign on my door asking that the door to my room be completely closed at all times. This was followed through about 95% of the time for me. It made my stay much more quiet. Also, I did not want visitors on my last day, so they placed a sign on my door to have all visitors check-in at the nurses station. This allowed me to get more rest as my visitors could leave their notes/balloons/etc for me at the nurses station."

"My first impression of Dr. Carlos Ferrari was that he was very \"to the point.\" He took time and visited with me with my husband present and thoroughly went over the surgery I was interesed in (RNY). We discussed risks and complications. He told me that he did surgery on his own daughter. He told me that he hadn't had a patient with a leak in almost 3 years. And his staff had informed me that his mortality rate is 0. His staff was very friendly and VERY organized. I feel very comfortable with him doing my surgery. "
