Hey! I was thinking about OH the other day and decidied to come on over to see what was shakin.. I am 5 yrs out now wow! I have experienced so much in such little time. I have had my gallbladder removed, found out I have fatty Liver disease,and can't keep any of the weight I gain. I am now having to see a surgeon to possiblly reverse the procedure I had done so that I can stay somewhat healthy..I've lost a lot of weight as well as my hair.. I'm dealing though with GOD's help and the support of my family..I see the surgeon on the 12th of March yall pray for me...

Just thought I would stop by and check out Obesity Help the place where I have gained so much knowledge and life long friendships!!!! I am doing well still maintaining between 142-145 in Jan I am gonna have a consult for a breastlft for a while I though I was gonna need an augmentation but I've gained some volume back in my breast. I have been having bouts with pancreatitis since August out of the blue I did some research online and there are a lot of WLS patients who suffer from this because of the quick weight loss, it can also happen if you eat foods that are high in fat and sugars and also if you binge drink. Each time I had to be hospitalized for a week not eat anything for 3days thats done to get the swelling down and not work your pancreas at all, nothing but IV fluids. I pray GOD's mercy and grace over my health to never go back because it's really painful and you can't live without your pancreas. Other than that life has been good I am in a size 4-6 still tryna work my way back to the gym...aint dancing all night a form of excercise?!lol Im just loving life Thank u LORD..
 

I am almost 2yrs out as of the 13th, I have had the ride of my life during this journey, I've lost friends gained some found love, been able to be there with my family...I love the change and thank GOd everyday..I look forward to the events that happen on a daily..Take one step at a time is what I have learned during all of this...Second chances should'nt be taken lightly!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been on here for a while..Life's been having me busyyyyyyyy!!! I went back to college this month, so along with that and kids and work and husband..it's been real hectic. As far as weight I am holding steady since the TT Iv'e dropped 16 more pounds. Not excercising like I need to no excuses, I will get there though. I am loving my new life and always on the go chile done been invited to something everyweekend. On the huuby front he's seeing the new me, but worried the new me won't be around long, he's been kinda clingy, but we will get through this. I have met and passed my goal of 150. I thank GOD everyday for this chance of new life...

                                                                           1 week out of surgery

Good afternoon.. Just wanted to check in~ I am a wek out of surgery..not 100% but a lot better..I am getting around much better even a lil faster...I go back to work next Wends..dang them 3wks went by fast..I am down to 154.2 the day of surgery I was 163..so well see the majis number once all of my swelling goes down. I have a the anchor cut from pubic bone to pubic bone doesn't really look bad. We sell a cream at work that fades the scars Im am just thabkful to GOD for all of these life changing phases I have gone thru in the last 4 yrs..go out of a horrible marriage, divorced, remarried, had the bypass and now the skin removal..I am a total new person in and out and thank GOD.

Praise GOD walking a little sore..two drains..anchor cut and all I'm still here..lol Than u LORD..when I get mre strength Ill upload some pics...

Well this is it.I am leaving in a minute...to start a new phase in life..wow!!!!!!!!! my case is supose to start@11am..I have to be there@9am..the devil is a lie tryna make me thank I have a cold..my sinuses are draining..hopefully I'll be ok..well to GOD be the glory and I will talk to yall later!!!!!!!!!!

Well on 7-2-09 I will have my TT!!!! Dang it got here fast..I didn't even have this type of anxiety when I had my gastric...I am happy and ready..I will be off for 3weeks and the kids are at home..dang well I will put them to work..lol I am gonna add some before or after pics up too..I am excited ..and Thank GOD for another chance and a new lease on life!!!!!!!

I am sooooooooooooooo excited...I called my insurance company to see if my pre-determination for the Panniculectomy was approved and to my surprise it was and has been since Wends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LAwd nawwwwwwwwwwwww!!!! I am getting a Tummy Tuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My insurance will pay for the skin removal and my plastics doc will tighten me up...I am too excited...THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
