Folate is low - Leafy Greens? - My folate was low and the suggestion was to increase leafy greens.
I'm open to suggestions to try ...or to stay away from.

two weeks post op VSG - doing well but...need sugg - I constantly have cotton mouth. Nothing helps satisfies my thirst. Water - SF popsicles - G2 (with dr's suggestion- hurts to drink) - SF Jello is my post-op diet.
