Well it has been a min since i posted. I am 6months out and i have lost 110lbs. Man i tell you what it seems just yesterday i was on my way to the hospital. Now i am 6months out and healthy all glory to God i mean all Glory. Thank you Jesus. I have not had any trouble. I have 90 more lbs to lose. Everyone keeps telling me that i dont need to lose any more, that is a first.

God is soooooooooo good thank you father. The ones without any days out beside them i did not wright them down i forgot. I still have 
116lbs to go but i know with the continue help of my Lord i will get them off of me to. I have already claimed them to be gone within the next 3 months are less. Amen.

I have lost 90lbs in the last 5months Feb 11th was my 5months. I thank God so much for helping me threw this journey and for helping me to get my life back on track . It is so amazing what you can do when you are 90lbs lighter. I started refeering back in Janaury of this year. I will also be umpairing baseball games yes me. I still feel like i am dreaming. I have always wanted to do these things but was to big. Thank you God so much for helping me every step of the way. I found a new way to get my water and protein in all at one time.

One scoop of orange cream whey protein mix (20grms of protein)
One packet of orange crystal light
One bottled water.
mix all togeter in the bottled water and shake it up make sure the water is cold are when you mix together put in the fridge for a min. but do not freeze becasue it is hard to mix up when it is froze. it taste to me like a flat milk shake. I love it.
God is good.

Oh my goodness i have lost 70lbs in 3months all glorey to God. My husband is soooooo wonderful he came home last night and bought me my first pair of new clothes since the surgery. I did not expect this at all. You know we buy our own. He came home last night with some silk pj's. and then told me they might be to big. they are a 2x and i have never owned a pair of silk pj's i could never find any to fit me. He is sooooooooooooo wonderful thank you Jesus for this man. buy the way the fit almost perfect. He asked me if i wanted him to go and exchange them i said no evern if i could not wear them i knew i would be able to in the future just becasue he bought them. I love you Kelvin very much.

I weighed in at 300lbs today i thought i would never see the 3's again. who would of  thought someone would be so happy to say they weigh 300lbs.This is the stuff most people take for granted. But it is by God grace and mercy that i am here at this point and i know he will continue to take me futher if i keep the faith. I have not had any trouble with my surgery. Thank you Lord. Thank you Jesus. I have lost 56lbs in 2 1/2month the most i have ever lost was about 20lbs give are take.God is good.

Well it looks like either i have stalled a little are i am blotted from my monthley. I am sitll weighing 308. I am not complaining at becasue i have never lost 50lbs on my own before at all. thank God for everything. I am still doing wonderful, no problems.

Well it has been awhile since i have wrote. My mom had knee surgery Oct. 17 and i have been seeing after her. She waited till i was doing ok and could drive so i could help her and when i was down she picked my boys up for me. That was so wonderful of her.I am still doing wonderful thank God no problems what so ever. I am still like everyone else trying to get the protein in. I do go with the water very good. I am not eating real good becasue my appitatie has not come all the way back. I never thought i would hear myself say i am not hungry unless i was already full. All you have to do is keep God first everything else will fall in place.

I am still doing wonderful by the grace of my God. Thank you father.I still have not had any complaction and dont plan on having any. I have not took my weight anymore. I did not buy a scale becasue i know i would be on it everyday. So i am just waiting till i go back to the doctor.

Well i am back and had my surgery on Sept. 11th 06 Everything went very well except the secound day i was starting to catch pneu. becasue the guy who was suppose to show me how to do my breathing showed me wrong.  I started running a fever of 101
and My family prayed for and AS ALWAYS MY GOD STEPED RIGHT IN.WAIT A MINUTE WHILE I GET MY PRAISE ON. WITHIN five minute they came back in there to take it again and you know they never do that at the er are anywhere they wait about 20 are 30min. Wait A MINUTE WHILE I GET MY PRAISE ON. Now i am doing just fine but other than that no complication. Thank you Father for sending  my big brother Jesus to see about me. And for all the people who prayed for me.

Well i went today and did my last test for the surgery i am threw now i just have to wait for them to call me to say it is all clear to go a head with the surgery.
