ok... so i guess i havent updated this in a looong while.. because.. i am now 29 days post-op!!!  i had my surgery dec 10th 2009... and every thus far has gone perfectly.... not as much pain as i expected at all.. and to date.. since june, pre and post op i am down 97lbs...  17 since surgery.... very excited and very happy... still having issues with what to eat and quantity.. but overall life is grand!...

I found out on wednesday!!! I got fully  approved by Out of country OHIP for the gastric bypass.  I still have no dates but hopefully monday!!!

So excited!!  Also.. i quit smoking today...... i have had nothing in terms of smokes all day.. and i am going a little insane....

So I went to that seminar, and got an application for Canadian insurance to approve me in the US.  I went to the doctor the next day.lol.. she agreed to fill it out for me!! yay yay!  However, that was over a week ago and I have called and called, seeing if it is done.. and the secretary has said it still isnt done!!! arghh.. i so desperatly wanna get this going that i am getting frustrated!!  i think i am just gonna "pop" in the office on Monday and see where its at.. they are going to hate me! lmao...

So I have been trying the south beach diet in the mean time.... I am doing pretty good.  I lost 11 lbs.. woo whoooo! 

Still super keen to get this surgery and to start my new life, but wishing it would come so much quicker!!

P.S..   I am so thankful I found this site and that so many people are so supportive (especially Juicy and all her awesome emails!).
