Dobbs Ferry Community Hospital
"I want to be fair with this commentary and the truth is I had an AWESOME intake nurse and morning nurse. I only had a bad experience with the evening nurse and night nurse supervisor. They were rude, The evening nurse told me I was to heavy to hold onto her in order to go to the bathroom, she told me that I felt bad physically because I needed to beleive in myself and the evening nurse supervisor had been smoking and I was saying that I was freezing and asked if he could have someone take my temperature, he came over and put his hand on my forward and said I felt normal... I all smelled was his smoke from his cigarette and I was already so nauseous.. My husband said hello to him twice and was ignored even though he was right next to me in the room. I was given NO pain meds. all night. When the Saturday morning nurse came she saw I was in pain and asked if I was just being a trooper and I said, No, I was not given anything for pain and she said well, you have to ask for it and I said, I did... She asked if I wanted to report the incident but I declined. I was just to exhausted to make a report at that time and I was in so much pain and I had an hours ride home from the hospital. I was very sad about the treatment I recieved by those two individuals who were supposed to be responsible for my care and attendance but everyone else (and there were alot of everyone else's) were very very professional and very good at their jobs.."

I FELL OFF THE WAGON and DRAGGED DOWN THE ROAD!!
I did IT!! I ACTUALLY WORKED OUT!
