I never had a problem with my weight until I had my daughter. I have struggled with my weight ever since. Now at age 42 I am at my heavyest of 259 lbs. Thats when I checked into the lap band. I decided that this is the tool I need to loss weight. I started the process in April 2010 and finished all the requirements and Oct. 2010 I got my surgery. My weight the day of surgery was 244 lbs. I lost 15 lbs before surgery. I cant wait to see what my weight is this time next year.
