"I have mixed feelings, I was so angry and hurt and cried nearly everyday of my stay because the day shift where never available. Every time I needed someone I had to wait a long time or nobody came at all. I was left in a chair nearly totally naked while a nurse was helping me wash and then she never came back...I sat there for nearly 2 hours. My only salvation was the night shift, God bless them...anything I needed, they were there, whatever I wanted, they got! They helped bathe me and made me feel so comforted. I watched the clock for the night shift to come. I had an extended stay because of fever and if it wasn't for the night shift I'm afraid of my condition could have ended up being."
