I have just joined this site and Im still trying to figure out how to navigate it. I had surgery 10/09 and Im sooo depressed today. I have talked to numerous people and work with people who have had the surgery and everybody talks about the weight they have lost (and i can see it) and Im like what the heck is wrong with me. I still havent hit the 50lb mark and it seems like Im not losing any weight, im crying now.........ok getting it together. Does anyone have any suggestions or can someone tell me what is going on.
