Revision adding VSG after regain

I'm interested in everyones VSG experience even if it isn't the same as my unusual history. I am trying to gauge my expectations for results.
I had illeal-jejunal bypass and my stomach stapled 25 years ago. I went from 363lbs to 135lbs and then stabilized at 150-170lbs for 20 years. Suddenly this year I gained weight very rapidly up to my present 220lbs.
On 9/25 I will be having VSG performed and I am hoping the loss of capacity along with the lessened gherlin hormone production will help me achieve a 100lb loss.
