"My first impression of Dr. Lord was that he was very confident and foward about this surgery and his ability. My impression has not changed at all. Dr. Lord's staff is wonderful, everyone I have met in his office is exceptionally kind and real, making sure that everything is taken care of in a timely manner and that you have as much information as they can possibly pass on to you. At this time there is nothing that I do not like about him or any member of his staff. Dr. Lord is very blunt about the sugery, how much effort is required on your part to not revert afterward, and sure of his abilities. Dr. Lord likes to keep up with his patients for years after surgery and has support groups to attend on a regular basis, his staff is always available for any questions or concerns before and after. Dr. Lord was very upfront about the risks of this surgery, and requires all patients to attend a seminar before your first appointment with him. Overall I find his surgical confidence and bedside manner, as well as that of his staff to be great."
