Well I am down to 159lbs as of this morning... I have not posted in a while because I have been super busy at work. Just thought I would put in an update. I will get new pics up in the near future...
Anyone considering doing the gastric sleeve, get ready for a major life change... I have gone from 420lbs to 159lbs in 1 year 2 months... Crazy new life for sure...

Hello all, I added some new pics of me in the 10 month photo gallery. I am so skinny...I have leveled off, a bit further down than I wanted to but gives me a little to gain back... not that I want taht but it would not hurt...

Ok, so I am starting to get a bit concerned that the weightloss will continue to the point of unhealthyness... I know it will stopo at some point but when is that point. I guess I need to start eating higher calorie foods and not worry so much on the low carb diet I have been on...

Well I just thought I would post an update to say I am half the man I use to be... I have lost 210lbs since my surgery and I started at 420lbs. I feel incredible and would recommend this to anyone wanting to extend their life and well get their life back.

4 Months and still dropping

Dropping for real... on the day of my 4 month anniversary, I ended up getting dehydrated again and passed out. Ended up back in the hospital for tests tests and more tests... Just got out today. I guess my body is having a hard time adjusting to to excessive weight loss but my body will get over it cause I am happy as a pig in poop.

Just wanted to update my profile seeing as today is my three month anniversary. I go back to the surgeon on Wednesday for my 3 month checkup and on Friday I get my blood work results. I am off all my meds and have not felt as good as I feel in 20+ years...
