I had banding 11-24-2009, I've only lost 21.8 lbs since. I had my 8Th fill total 8 cc's doctor says I only have one more to go. I have always lost something each trip, only a 1 or alittle bit more each time I've gone in. I'm in a cast on right foot and have been since my surgery. I have diabetic charco's in both feet the right one is very deformed and I just had a nother surgery on it to help with the diabetic ulcers. It weights between 3-5 lbs. But I've only gained one time in all this time and it was 2 lbs when I didn't get a fill for 3 months. So what is wrong with me and my band, It's to tight now and I'm puking up everything including water. And my meds keep me sick all day I can't keep them down and the longer I try to hold off throwing them up the sicker I get. I have really bad reflux when I lay down of back. So have to sleep sitting up. I've been doing this since May 4Th. I've lost the most since the to tight band since the 4Th I've lost 7 lbs.  Any one with answers please respond. I know I need to get at least a cc out. Deena  Have I really been getting the solution in my band all these months. I don't do the liquid sweets. HELP!

How many fills are you allowed with the average banding?

I've been through hell since feb. I've just had surgery on my right foot after being in a cast for 60 days. No motion no loss...I wasn't given a fill in feb couldn't eat good solid food. Had  1 cc on April 1st and can't keep much down now. So maybe I'll get back on the wagon. I've gained about 6 lbs in all since Feb. 2010
I go to have the foot checked and stitches out I think on the 21st of this month. So Maybe I can start moving around on my legs other than a wheel chair.  To many health problems.

I'm finally losing weight on almost daily. Yeah---I get a my 3rd fill next week. FINALLY1

Well getting my 1st fill was finally done. At 1st I didn't' fill any different, but by the time I drove 45 miles and started trying stuff to eat-it showed me right quick that it's the boss. Don't like the pain. I know I can't eat any type of rice, corn bread unless it's the out side burned crust and not much of that. No white crackers, or bread unless it's really crunchy, still trying stuff, but mostly on full liquids to for my own safety. I am eating 5 bean soup with crunchy crackers, hop-pin john black eyed peas with lots of juice with instant mashed potatoes instead of rice. I went to a salad bar yesterday and enjoyed diced hard boiled eggs with cottage cheese with ranch dressing, some kind of thin flat pasta with pesto which I dipped in ranch, small amount of ham diced, grape sized tomatoes and cur tons. Order the soap, but I was to full to eat it. So it is working. I some times have to get up if my plate is filled to full and get away from the table for a minute or two and when I come back I'm full. Since the start Nov. 25th 2009 I've lost 2 inches from all my parts except for the neck, and lost 13.3 lbs. I lost the 1st 12 lbs from Nov. 25---Dec 21st (my 1st scheduled fill that got canceled) then the next one got canceled and by then I had gained 5 lbs back. Then I finally got the fill on Dec 31st and have lost that 5 and a extra 1.3 lbs. So back on the trail again. It works but so do you.

Well I've not gained any weight but I've only lost 2 oz since the 12th day. My 1st fill is Dec. 22nd 2009 and I'm ready. I think I was ready last week. I'm able to eat anything, not as much as before but I don't have any problem with anyfood.  Can't weight until I get my fill.

I'm 15 days out. I lost about a pound a day for the first 11 days. Total 11.7 lbs in 12 days. Now I've stoped losing but not gaining. I don't get my 1st band fill until Dec. 22. Am I doing something wrong? Eatting to much? What? Is this normal.
Got any suggestions.

Only lost 4oz over night. I guess I over did the mush yesterday. I was really active yesterday and didn't get all my water in I'm sure and not enough protien. So back to sip sip sip and chew chew chew......

I'm so surprised that I'm actually losing weight and I haven't even had a band fill yet. My 1st fill is onDec. 22, 2009. I can't image what that's going to be like. I'm sort of scared. 10.2 lbs down. 10 days post op

I've lost alittle weight. 6.9 lbs and in 7 days. I know it will slow down but it's a start!
