10/24/2007 Well it's been one week today!! My surgery went great! A few minor complications but once I got through that 48hr mark it has been great! So thats what I want to focus on!!
I had my one week post-op visit with my Primary doctor today and she says Im going great. I have had to cut most of my meds in half. My blood pressure has been running almost low!! So she cut the dose in half.
I am a little boared, and its hard not to over do it when I feel soooooooo good!! On the scale at Dr. Lichts office I have lost 40lbs since my last visit with her. I was on the liquid diet for 15days prior to surgery. And that about all I'm doing now. Some "full liquids" like cream soups. 
One more day!

Weds. Is my big day!! Tomarrow I will have clear liquids only and I will need to be at the hospital Wed. morning at 5:30am. I will have to leave my house at 4:30am. Im not sleeping much these last couple of night...nerves have got the best of me!! But Im hanging in there and soon it will be oll over! I can't wait!! Send prayers please!Roller Coster!!!!

I feel like Im on a roller coster!
Today I'm feeling great again? I feel like I'm going to make it through this liquid diet. Yesterday I wanted to jump off the roller coster and today I'm o.k. again. I can't figure it out!! If anyone has the answers to these mood swings and up and downs I'm going through, please share it with me.....
But for now I'm going with the feeling pretty good and hope it last for a while!

Day 4 on my liquid diet and things are going great!! I am getting really excited!! Only 11 more days till surgery!

Im very happy today, My white count has come down to 11.9 normal is 11.0 so things are looking up!! I work for a surgeon and we had a new surgeon start today. He has been a bariatric surgeon for the last 7yrs and he also put my worries as ease. He was able to fill me in alot more on what to expect. Im getting excited only 20 more days to go.

I'm freaking out about my white count being elevated and Im scared my surgery will be cancelled. I'm also freaking out about everything right now.....
the surgery, the risk, my kids, my job!!!!!!
