Almost 5 months banded

Hello to all..  I have not posted in months, & I'm not sure WHY!!! I have lost 54 pounds thus far.. I am down to an amazing 196 pounds.. It still sounds like Fat to some, but Damn I am super proud of myself.. Hurray for the BAnd.. I am completley in love with it,,, I am in the process of naming my band, i will keep u posted...I need a pretty fancy name for her.. I've had great imput & support from my wonderful family

Happy New Year, first of all... So it's almost my year 2008 will be mine...lol...I have not been doing very well with this diet..Tonight I cheated, I ate my little bit of food, then while i was cleaning up, I SHOVELED (spl) 2 big spoons full of mashed potato's into my mouth..`Dammit.. well needless to say, they got stuck in my chest.. the pain was horrible.. I have issue's with potato's... My husband said not to make them anymore.. I just might not..So far ir's still only 20#'s..I go for my 1st check up Wed.. we'll see then..Any advise would be great.. Thanks

Well, I can't talk long. I am in a lot of pain still. They kept me in the hospital for an extra day due to scrapping on old scar tissue, so they could do it the lap way..Hail to Dr. Mirza..he is Wonderful..Swelling & bloating is really bad, but well worth it.. I would do it again in a second...So, I am home and my wonderful husband Tommy is a Great Nurse...lol  I couldnt ask for more. I'll try to write more tomorrow..oh yeah, I lost 17 #'s on that  liquid diet...YYYEEEEEAAAAAAAAA.  I'm losing now.. one more thing.. I can hardly drink my fluids, but I'm working on it.. TTYL

Well i have about 17 hours to go... :)  I'm feeling much better since i recieved a message from a fellow looser  Bev...Thanks for the most needed words of wisdom. After I read it I actually felt me blood pressure go down..lol
 I have so much still to do.. My son Branden has a wresteling match today @ 4, I have to go to it..There is a support group meeting tonight @ 6:30, i would really like to attend. It meets every 3rd Tues of the month..I think I would benifit  from it.. At least i know it wouldnt hurt.. 
So this is i'm sure my last entry for a little bit. I'm not sure how i'll be feeling.. I'm hoping Great...Anywho--I'm off to begin a wonderful JOURNEY..Thanks for all of the inspireing feedback. To my family ...I Love You...

Oh MY..It's getting closer & closer...I have so many whoes & worries. I just found out that my surgeon cancelled a surgery today due to the fact the patients liver hasn't shrunk enough..Tell me, how would he know unless he started cutting.?. All I know is that so far I lost 12 #s and still have a day 2 go. My liver better have shrunk ENOUGH... I've been threw soooo much pre op, I just can't wait anymore. I want this sooooo bad, I can taste it. "that's a figure of speach" lol
What IF??? That's all i can think of.. I'm thinking to much,huh? I worked my last shift last night 11-7..So I sept all day.. I don't know, i guess i'm just babbbling...

I am so ready for this day to come.. I feel I am suffering from food withdraw..lol these past 9 days i feel i've been tortured.  I don't know bout anyone else having this 2 weeks of liquids ONLY, before surgery..A week maybe, but 2   OMG. Counting my days.. There's onny 2 left.. I am to  be @ the hospital @ 5 am and surgery is @ 7am..YYYYEEEEAAAAAA. I have all the supplies I need,,,"i hope". I have so far lost 12 pounds with this diet..So i have the upper hand..Don't I ???  Oh yeah, Iam tring to get my pic on my profile and can't figure it out,   CAN I GET SOME HELP PLEASE... greatly appreaciated..Well i guess i
m gonna make me some ckicken broth...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
