Well Hello everyone!!!! I have been such so bad about not keeping up with my UPDATES! I have lost a grand total of "DRUM ROLL PLEASE" 122lbs and over 50 inches. My BMI has gone from a 57.1 to a 34.3 and I am now wearing mostly size XL clothing......Can you believe it from a 26/28 to a XL normal size clothing!!! WOW is all I can say. I am still having trouble getting in all my water but I am still trying very hard to loss the last of my 50ish pounds that I want to loose. Best Wishes to all the LOSERS out their! Love Donna

Donna, Good Lord girlie. We have been close friends for years now and do you know that I see you now and sometimes I dont even recognize you! I simply want to say I love you, youve been like a sister to me and I am so very proud of you. In all the things we have shared thruout the years, kids, hubbies, loss of parents, but this obesity, it has been the toughest hasnt it? I am so glad we can share our loss together too. There are times when I dont know if I can do this and you are always there to boost me up and remind me that I am making the right decision. I dont know how to say thank you...but I do thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love, support, encouragement and inspiration. Thank you for making the decision to have surgery, I know that now I'll have you as my sis for alot longer. Heres to healthier, happier, smaller us!! God Bless you my angel and I love you muchies!!!

Hello All! Just want to drop a line or two and let everyone know that I am still moving right along! I am now almost 4 months post op (wow that amazes me) and have lost a total of 72 pounds and 40 inches off this body! I have lost down from a size 26/28 to a size 22 and a 2X in some things!!!!!! I am still having a little trouble with my protein and I had 2 small ulcers but other than that I am doing great and feeling even better than great!!!!!! Will post again soon! Donna

Well hello again, I am feeling better and better every day! I am now 3 weeks post op and have lost 27lbs. Wow is all I can say! I am so glad I did this! Will write again later! Donna

Well Hello! I have had my 1st post op visit and all I can say is I am AMAZED!!! I have lost 19 lbs in 11 days! That just blows my mind. I am having a little trouble with my water intake but other than that I am feeling great and I have more energy than I have had in a long, long time! Chat Again Soon! Donna
