"I first met with Dr Wagner in June of 04. Sarah was not in the office that day and Dr.W kept his appointment with me (even though he was the only one in the office). That alone said a lot to me. He kept the appointment with me even though he had no support staff that day. Dr. W did a very thurogh medical and personal history on me. He explained lap-banding's pros & cons and when I didn't think banding was for me, he moved on to work with me on Lap-RNY. Dr. W seems to be very "pro-Lap Band". Even though I am not he showed great professionalism. Dr W seems a little young at first. Even though I was only his second Male-Lap-RNY I felt totally comfortable with his knowlege. Now, as for Sarah. SHE IS A TRUE ANGEL PLACED ON THIS EARTH TO HELP PEOPLE LIKE ME. She had my insurance accepted, tests scheduled and surgery time arranged inside of 5 weeks. She also got it arranged on the exact day I requested. Overall, Dr Wagner was thurough, proessional, skilled .... A Sarah, was orginized, professional, knowlegable. .... A+ "

"Waiting area for same day surgery is a little too wide open for my taste. It could be more private. Post op nurses need C-Pap training- they didn't know what it was or that it needed to be right next to my bed. Other than that the nurses were very caring and good!"
