She wasn't as upbeat as the dietician or the insurance rep, but I figured she was just trying to get to the point and make sure we got all the information we needed. She answered all our questions very well. Finally I met with her one-on-one, and her personality showed -- she was very friendly, listened to what I said, and didn't rush me out the door. She was encouraging, and it made me feel very good about moving forward with the process. She thinks I will do great, and I feel like she'll be willing to help me through every step of it."
