"I met with doctor Ben-Meir last week and he was very helpful answering my questions. I took in 3 pages of questions and although I didn't ask all of the questions, he was very patient in answering them. The office staff was also very helpful. I had direct contact with Latonya who handles the insurance and she was very reassuring to me. She told me that my insurance only requires me to give proof of need from the doctor and that I should have an approval very quickly. "
