"I know that while I was in surgery noone informed my husband how I was doing. I was in surgery twice as long as before indicated so he remained in waiting room clueless until I was out of surgery and was poorly informed by one of my surgeons. Then he waited another 2 hours without hearing another word in which he had to question many people to get that information."

"Well I have a surgery date October 29th. I can't believe they were ready to do the surgery only days after my approval from the ins. co. I got approved on Wednesday the 24th and they were ready to do surgery on the 1st. little over a week away. I had to pick something later that month and they were wonderful about it. The only thing bad I can say about everyone there and Dr. McKernan is that I can't find much information about him. I would like to be able to talk with some of his patients and see what they thought Post-Opp. Other than that there are no complaints here. He is a wonderful man, very smart and funny to boot."
