almost two years already!!! It has been absolutely amazing!!!! Still holding pretty steady, gained a few pounds during the holidays, but who doesn't???LOL Working on getting that off now. Had my tummy tuck in November and feeling great! The investments I have made have been amazing both physically, emotionally and of course the best part......a healthier ME!!! Everyone have a great night!

Just a FYI, I hit my 6 month mark on the 23rd of September!!! What a ride it has been since March!!! I am almost to goal, in the next couple of weeks I will begin maintaining....what a difference this will be! I love my sleeve and am sooo happy I made the decision to go ahead with it!! Thanks to Dr. Alvarez and his staff, hopefully my weight issues will be a thing of the past!!! To anybody out there that is trying to decide, use your heart, it will guide you to make the decision that is best for YOU!!! But don't wait to long. This is an amazing tool to start you on your journey, I have absolutely NO regrets!! And am so happy to be a happier, healthier me!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am 50 pounds lighter since March! I am really excited and even though I have more to go, just losing 50 has made me so much more secure in who I am and gives me the energy I need and have wanted for so long! Anyway just a FYI that I had to share!!!
