A New Beginning!

I have now decided to go back to the beginning. I am going to do the 5 day pouch test. I NEED to loose the 10 lbs I put on over the past year. I also need to get up off my dead beat butt and work out or do some sort of exercise. I also will be coming here more often. I left this site a few years ago and need to gain support and control of my life and weight. I need accountability from loved ones as well as those who have gone through this same process/surgery/walk as I have. I hope to be able to return here every few days but if not a few days a week at least weekly. I'm looking forward to adding friends and photos to my lists.
