Hello,
I'm a 44y/o mother of two grown girls. Married to my best friend in the whole world and tired of being FAT! My BMI is 44. I am at the second psych appt. stage in the approval process and anxious to move forward. I am a Registered Nurse of 25 years so I'm very familiar with the surgical procedure. My insurance is BCBS so I'm not real worried about approval. All I know for sure is that I have the same thin athletic woman that I used to be trapped inside this fat body and she desperately wants out!!! I have a lot more living left to do!
I started my journey in October of '08 and just now got a surgery date of July 7th 2009. Can you believe that time frame? It really does not matter now, I'm just glad I'm on my way!!!!
