Well, I'm home! I'm a little sore (specifically at 1 incision), but I'm hoping that's just from too much walking the day before. I go for my 2 week follow-up on Thursday, August 19th @ 11am. I'll be sure to check back soon and post any updates I have. Thanks to everyone for the special thoughts and prayers. Thanks to my Ovusoft buddies for calling and checking on me and updating all around. You guys are awesome! Thanks to my awesome DH who, without him, my stay at the hospital would have been more than BAD (is that possible?). I'll post the whole "story" another time. Thanks again!

I just talked to Shelly. She sounds a little doped up. :p She said they took her off her morphine pump this morning and are giving her liquid vicodin now. She said she's alittle sore in her incision area but otherwise feels pretty good. She ate a little chicken broth and jello already. She is expected to be out of the hospital tomorrow, a day earlier than expected. She said her breathing and everything is fine now, and she's still a little cranky..lol She said she might jump on tomorrow after she gets home, but I told her not to force herself if she can't.

Shelly is Post-OP, she came through fine, had alittle trouble with her breathing but they're monitoring her for 24 hours and she's on Oxygen. She's a bit cranky and in some pain but she's going to come through fine!!
