Latasha don't feel bad. I am going to be a slow loser too. I am 3 weeks post op and only down 23 pounds. I will take it.

HEY TASHA ITS ME LAWAN HOWS THINGS GOING FOR YOU I HAD TO GET IT TOGETHER THATS WHY I HAVENT BEEN UPDATING CALLING OR ANYTHING I HAVE BEEN KINDA MOODY I REALLY DONT KNOW IF ANYONE WILL UNDERSTAND THAT BUT I HAVE BEEN GOING THRU THE MOTIONS BUT I HAVE LOST 41 LBS IN 3WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE TO BE ON THIS LIQUIDS DIET FOR ALMOST ANOTHER 2 TO 3 WEEKS I FEEL GREAT THOUGH I REALLY DONT LIKE ANYTHING NOTHING TASTE GOOD TO ME I HAVE GIVEN UP ON CRYSTAL LIGHT AND SUGAR FREE TANG SUGAR FREE KOOL AID DONT WANT IT I REALLY ONLY WANT COFFEE AND I NEVER DRUNK COFFEE A DAY IN MY LIFE WATER IS OK SOMETIMES I JUST DONT LIKE ONE THING TO LONG IF ITS GOOD TODAY IT MAY NOT BE TOMORROW BUT CONGRATS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK I AM READY TO EXERCISE I THOUGHT I WOULD SINCE MY ONE MONTH IS NEXT WEEK BUT BAD LITTLE ME I HAVENT I WANT TO BE AAT A 50 LBS LOST FOR MONTH SINCE IT CAME OF SO FAST BUT ILL TAKE WHAT I CAN GET IM GOING TO GO NOW AND GET SOME REST I AM VERY TIRED TALK TO YOU SOON

Hello All I had surgery Monday May 19th around 7:30am and I came home today (Wed. May 21) around 11:30am. Surgery went well. I could not believe how bad I was hurting when I woke up for the first time, but I hit the pump and it got better over the hours. I did all the breathing exercises and the walking like they asked even though I wanted to say "Leave Me ALONE!!!" Today my surgeon said that I was a model patient and he wished all of his pateints where like me that made me smile. I am still sore, but I feel 95% better than I did right after surgery. I will post more later I am going to the store now to pick up a few things....I missed you all and I am glad to be back!!!
