Been gone for a while....but now I am back!!

Boy, I have not been on here in a long while...Time to come back and get some support 
Today I have a follow up appointment with Dr. Owens and it will be interesting to see what their scale says. I stepped on mine before I got into the shower this morning and it says that I am 203.
I finally got my butt in gear and joined Curves about a month ago...then I took 3 weeks off, I don't know why I did not feel motivated...But now my husbands cousin signed up at the same location and we go everyday together. I think she is what I needed for motivation. I have noticed a big difference since working out regularly, I am tightening up everywhere and my inner thighs aren't so flabby anymore....They actually look nice.
My husband let me buy a new bathing suit for the summer and I must say I am mighty impressed. I bought a 2 piece bikini...bye bye tankini's from the maternity department at Target. I was actually able to go to Everything but Water and find a nice fitting one. I was shocked! And to top it off I wore it to our families house when they had a pool party last Sunday. Usually I will won't show many people what I look like in a bathing suit....So that is a big improvement.
I am just so grateful that I made the choice to get healthy and live a better life. I knew it would make me happy but I just did not know how much. I am thankful that I have a wonderful husband who cares for me and loves me and is excited for me.
Well I know this is long, but I got to get back to work!

My hospital experience was pretty good, although I was ready tp leave there by day 3! The day nurse that I had was wonderful but the night nurses were not so friendly with the exception of one. Overall it was a good hospital experience but I am glad to be home. I am very glad that there were no complications with my surgery and that I am on my way to healthy living.
I am so excited and glad that I choose to have WLS and cannot to progress to my goal weight. Thank you to everyone that sent me there support and well wishes, they were all heartfelt and appreciated!!

I want to say thank you to eveyone who has sent me wonderful messages of good lucks and encouragments, they have really meant a lot to me!! Here is to no longer being chubby and to my new life!!
