Hey Rachel, I know what it is to get denied. But don't give up, Gary is the best at what he does. No matter how long the fight you'll see that is was all worth it. I'm 3 months out tomorrow and grateful to Gary for his perserverance in fighting my insurance company. Just remember DON'T GIVE UP!!!!

Rachel, I am surfing around this web site and just had to write. I hope you had your surgery! If you had a date, I'm hoping it happened. Sounds like a nightmare for you. Having to hire an attorney for medically necessary surgery seems insane! So sorry you had this to go thru. But I am so impressed with your perservence. Please write an update, I really want to know how you are doing! My surgery date is 4/26/04. I am so grateful that I seemed to slide right into my date. I too have sleep apneia and was postponed by one week and I thought that was tramatic! Go Rachel!!
