"My first impression of Dr. Lord was that he was not the cocky arrogant type of Dr. that I have dealt with in the past. He seems to really be the type to roll up his sleeves and dig in the trenches with you. The staff members that I have spoke to and met with have been very friendly, approachable, real individuals. The importance of aftercare is very highly focused on. At this point I believe he has the competence and bedside manner that will help me transition into the thinner and healthier version of me I've been waiting to meet. I have not had any negative experiences at this time."
