I saw my Dr. on the 11/26/08 and he said I am on track. I went to step 4 on eating. So far I have lost 26 lbs. My back still hurts and I don't know why. I have every test done known to man and they can not figure it out. It is better than is was. Wish the weather was better so I could get outside with out freezing. I feel really good and have a lot of energy.

well it has been 5 weeks sence surgery and I am not feel well. My back still hurts and I am having a real hard time getting all my fluilds down. I have lost 17# and I am not weighing again for awhile. I have no energy and not sleeping well. I took tomorrow off so I can rest. Wondering is this normal???? The normal I knew is gone and don't have a normal now. I guess one day my normal will return.

Well it has been one month since my surgery and I am down 15#. Saw my nut. and she said I was on the right track. My back still is bothering me and they can't find out why. I thought I would have lost more weight but 15# is better than nothing. I am feeling kinda of disappointed, to me 15# is alot but nobody has said that they can tell that I have lost weight. I can tell it in my face.

This Tuesday will be 3 weeks since my surgery and I don't think I am doing to bad. Had to go to the ER on Oct. 24th for some reason i have a very bad Urinary track infection. Have been on meds for it a week and no change. Dr. sent me to have an ultra sound on my bladder and kidneys but, I could not drink enough water for the one for the bladder. Trying to drink alot but seems like when I swallow it goes down and then stops. If I didn't have this infection I would feel pretty good.
