I am 45 years old and I am hoping to have the Bariatric Surgery by the end of this year.
I have known a few people who have had it the last couple of years and they said they would do it all over again I am just wanting to see how they do now that they have had it done.
Our Insurance won't pay for it they say it is cosmetic. So we will have to pay for it out of pocket.
I am looking for a support group to hang out at so I can learn more about it.
I will go to the Carmel hosp to have it done.
I am happily Married for 18 years, I have a 26 yr old son, and a 16 yr old daughter and a 3 yr old granddaughter.
I have been overweight since having my 16 yr old daughter in 1991.
