Staying Motivated...

I started off losing a lot of weight. I have lost about 55 lbs, but I still feel like I'm not doing enough. I know this process takes time, but I guess some of my initial excitement has gone away. Don't get me wrong, I'm still exercising and eating right. Eating, however, is by far the most challenging thing for me. I do really well during the work week when I'm on a set schedule. The weekends are a different story! I guess I have started getting comfortable which is not good for me. It was comfort that helped me gain the weight. I haven't gotten far off track, so it shouldn't be too difficult get back on the wagon. Pray for me!
