6 month post op check up

Well today was my 6 month post op check up... I have to say I am still amazed at how much I have lost in the past 6 months. When I went for my 3 month check up I was down 106 lbs... Today I was down 70 more lbs for a total of 176 lbs in 6 months... I am under 400 and I am very happy with my progress so far. I would like to be under 350 by my birthday which is July 30 I think that is a reasonable goal. :O)

Well I am 2 months post op. I have to say I feel good and have more energy. I am down over 50 lbs. I go back in Feb to get weighed I can't wait to see the results.

I only have to see 2 more drs I hope before I can get a date for surgery. I have to get cleared by heart and lung dr. I have been doing alot better since I finally got a bi pap machine in August.
