Just wanted to get everyone up to speed... I'm doing great and am finally under 200 lbs... I'm 32 months post-op and I'm still loosing... I haven't re-gained and for that I'm VERY thankful... sometimes I don't make the wisest of food choices, but I'm still in control...  I went to the Dr, back in March and I weighed 211, I had to go see her again about 2 weeks ago and I'm down to 197, that's 13 lbs in 7 months... not bad if you ask me...

Well I have a lot to talk about; but I'm at work, and don't have the time right now...
