Today I finally start writing . I have been a guest for so long that I have decided that I need my own page.
Well I am a single 29 year old mother of three daughters (9 and 4 year old twins) . I have always had a weight problem just never this much of one. Before I was pregnant with the twins I lost 50 lbs only to get pregnant and gain back 70 lbs. I really want this sick and twisted relationship with food to stop. I want to eat to live not live to eat. I have been in the process of getting the Lap Band surgery since Dec. after several years of failed weight los attempts ....Wow this is such a long process. I am ready for this journey so I ask for help to get through this ......
