I called and checked on Becky today. She is in quite a it of pain, but I guess that's normal for an open incision. She has been up in a chair some today, and is going to try to start walking this afternoon.

Becky's husband just called me. They took Becky about 9:15 for surgery and she is now in the recovery room (12:55). The doctor said she came through the surgery fine, no problems. After recovery, they will move her to a room.

Becky, I am so excited for you. I know you are nervous, but you will be fine... You have alot of people rooting for you out here & we will be watching your progress & awaiting your return to the computer to tell us all about it afterwards! We will be waiting for you on the "other side"!
