Angie Stewart

"Full of energy and excited about helping post-op. My only complaint was that I had a specific question about taking tums post op and I didn't get a real clear answer. I am concerned about taking tums as I am a kidney stone producer."

Mark A. Colquitt

"Dr. Colquitt seems to be a very knowledgeable surgeon. After talking to him, his staff, and the other professionals who he surrounds himself with, I have no problem with placing my trust/life into his hands."

David Bender

"I can't answer the question regarding "how effective did you find this person in helping you?". I was there to be 'helped' but to be evaluated for WLS."

Kenneth Reese

"Has been my PCP for five years. Excellent Doctor. Very caring."

Rosanne Barker

"Very respectful and helpful. Both staff and doctor."

Blount Memorial Hosptial

"I had an uneventful stay in the hospital. The staff was wonderful. The only two area that I would say they need improvements are in restfullness of patients and walkers. This hospital is very new at WLS and is still developing their program together. From a patient view I would say that the package is 97% there. The only problem I would say is they need walkers in the rooms. They want the patients to be up and walking around, which I did, but would have felt more comfortable if I had one on Monday. The restfullness of the room was really only an issue at night. It seemed that the lights in the hall was never lowered and the staff was dropping stuff all the time, and it sounded as if pretty big items were being dropped. As I said above, the overal rating would be good, as it is definately above average and not quite excellent."
