"My first impression from Dr. Simpson was great. I tend to hold to first impressions and he gave a great one. He is really laid back and personable. I went to his seminar and was impressed with his calm & cool demeaner. Not uptight and as reserved as most Dr.s and I liked that because this man is going to be in my life forever and I will really need a friendship in the process of all the professional stuff. He really empahsized the aftercare program, which I was really impressed with as well. He was carrying a pager, cell phone and text messanger palm pilot and showed us the interaction he consistantly has with his patients. He also has a live chat session once a week with patients too. Very impressive! Kathleen is really great as well, she is the program coordinator and is really nice. Poor woman had to answer my million questions via email during a weekend. "I haven't had surgery yet." And still, she was ready and willing to answer the things I wanted to know. I'll let you know more after I have surgery!"
