Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your kind words of encouagement and the warm welcome. I really appereicate all good wishes and thoughts. I am to old to be this heavy. I think the will to be thin out weighs everything now. I am really scared and excited at the same time. My daughter was suppose to do this with me but her insurance company wants her to be on a supervised diet for 6 months first. So this is a little harder then I was hoping for,but my daughter has been so wonderful about it. She says her day is coming. Well enough of this. Once again thank you, and all the best to you in the rest of your journey through this wonderful new life we have to look forward to. As my father always said to me we can do anything we want if we just want to. {{{{hugs}}}

May God keep you close to his side as you travel down this new road. The journey will be an experience you will never forget. It will be filled with ups and downs. However, it will be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and your family. I know it was for me. Remember you can always turn to us, your AMOS family. We are here to cheer you on, pick you up when you fall and to celebrate any little victory. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery. Elizabeth, I just wanted to slip by and wish you the very best with your surgery tomorrow. Trust that you have chosen an excellent surgery team. I am simply in awe of both Dr Wynn & Dr Irgau ... not to mention the rest of the team. Remember to walk & faithfully do your breathing excercises! It will make a huge difference!
