I had gastric bypass done on Nov. 28th, 2002 in Germany, paid for by the U.S. Army.  I was, at my highest, 280lbs.  I lost over 150lbs.  On Dec. 7th, 2005, I had my tummy tuck paid and performed by the military.  I absolutely love the results.  We are now living in Germany again.  I have come to this site because I have fallen off the bandwagon and have not been taking care of myself like I should.  Although I have gained back the expected average weight gain, I need to pump my brakes before it gets too out of hand and I gain back too much weight.  I am not eating right or exercising like I should.  I was not given the proper tips and advice on how to live after my surgery by my doctor or my surgeon, so I started off pretty bad.  But it's not too late, and I hope after joining a group of those that are going through the same thing, which I should have done a long time ago, I can reverse my direction and get back on track, and frankly, I can't wait!
